There are times that many of us wonder how it is that some seem to have, while so many do not. Or how is it that this or that person can prosper so quickly and successfully, when so many others struggle so long and hard, never getting anywhere: or are just living hand to mouth?

Is there some magic potion, some magic formula or deed that they do? Is it just the luck of the draw; or who they know? If anyone can do it (as so many have quoted in the past), then why is it that not everyone is making it; or becoming just as successful?

Many suggestions have been echoed in the ears of so many, through countless decades. Advice such as: why do you not write a book? Write about what you know or have experienced.

Start a business of some kind: like an LLC, or INC? You are good at doing hair. Why not open your own Barber shop/hair solon? Someone else might say, do a pod cast, or radio show. Or open a mechanic shop, since you are good with cars.

Many of us have many an idea; or receive ideas from those around us. Many of those ideas are applicable, plausible, and feasible: with a high chance of success if the plan was

set forth by someone with a good understanding of how the particular business worked.

Most people fail before the thoughts or concepts ever see the light of day; or are written down somewhere. The fear of failure is the main thing that causes a lot of people from following through.

Will the business be successful, will it make enough money to pay bills for the company; can this business make enough for that person to live on and pay daily bills? Will the business grow and be viable, or become listed as a hobby, or just fail? How much will an LLC license cost? How much will be the insurance? Can I get bonded: or do I need to be bonded? Should I have business cards, or just advertise on the internet?

I find through personal experiences, and from interviews on the life of others, that success is not a main formula per-say. It seems that success has come to those that actually say, Yes! who step out in faith and go for it, in spite of the impossibilities.

It seems to me that, for those who are willing to step out in faith, on and towards their ideas and dreams, regardless the obstacles or the nay sayers, that those are the ones, who seem to be successful in life.

You see, Fortune favors the bold: and those who step out in faith boldly, are usually successful. Once one says yes to any situation or adventure with an assuredly, positive belief, the adventure from there is usually a successful one.

When we make decisions that are positive and confident within ourselves on a consistent daily level, there is a positive energy that is distributed within the universe around you. One's positive, confident attitude each day forms the reality around them.

You are, and your life is, what you believe and say to yourself each day. Good or bad, positive or negative words that you speak to yourself each day is what forms the belief and character in which you walk in, believe in, and live by each day.

This is the basis of the lives that each of us live in and exist within each day. 75% of our success in life is up to us in what we say to ourselves and believe of ourselves. 20% from there is the knowledge which we obtain and glean through life. Which leaves 5%.

This 5% is the gray area in which we all must face daily within the world. There are those within this world who do not care about your knowledge, your struggles, your sacrifices, your losses, or your success.

There are those that try to keep you down; knock you back down due to jealousy or hatred; or who try to make it so hard for you, so that you may want to give up. This is what causes many to give up and to stop fighting for their dreams, their relationships, on their vision of what they thought life should be or wanted it to be: due to all of the difficulty and stress which they had to go through. Or, it may just be you yourself, who does not be believe in you or your worthiness to have, or the ability to do and to obtain.

Many are not fighters. So, when the fight comes to them, they run. It becomes too much effort for them; too many hoops that they must jump through. They believe that the costs out-weigh the long-term benefits. Etc., Etc., Etc.

Former "Theodore Roosevelt" once said; "Nothing in the world is worth having or worth doing unless it means effort, pain, difficulty... I have never in my life envied a human being who led an easy life. I have envied a great many people who led difficult lives and led them well."

This has been condensed through the decades by people, into a punchy proverb - "Nothing worth having is easily gotten." If this was realized in 1910 and before, how has it been so forgotten generations later in our times? Why is it that many men are so soft, & many women are so hard, and life itself is not worth the effort of fight, that difficulties have thrown into it?

We have become a lazy nation: not just in schooling and in the upkeep of our bodies: But in the fight to be better people, a better nation, with the lack of a desire to rise above our station and to become more than what even we thought that we could be (to have more and to be more).

We have become a people that do not want to work for what we want. We do not want to suffer and go through the trails and pain to get what we want. We do not want to build upon what we have or what has been pasted down to us, to make it more for the loved ones that come after us.

We are not even strong men and women like in the Bible days, the Western days or the Ganster era, where men were men and women were women; who fought for what they wanted and worked hard for it. Who passed it down to those who were worthy and would carry it on in spirit, physical form, and in fight and dedication! We have become a soft lazy nation and world.

No, what we want is to work some job that we hate; yet may be good at. But we complain about the wages, the boss(es), and the long hours. What we want is to be in near poverty or even poverty, so that we can use the system of welfare to live a life of illusional ease, without having to do too much for it.

What we want is to be homeless and use the system to house us, feed us, and be transients, so that we can beg from others and use their money to live on. To rob their vehicles and their homes; to steal their items and sell them, to get the money you need to buy your drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes or vapes.

Yet we have the nerve to sit around and to complain about the world and society not giving us a chance or a break in life. So, this is why we are the way we are. BULL CRAP!!!

We all have the same opportunities as the person beside us. We all have different skills that could make us extra income in some form or the other. Be it as an artist of drawings or paintings, hair stylist or barber, a braider of hair with so many different designs to offer. You could be an online influencer, or an internet instructor of some kind. An internet bookkeeper or auditor. So many different things. It could even be a big hobby that you have learnt to make money at, without calling it a business.

Myself, I was locked up for 32 years for a crime I did not commit. Doing three more years on parole. That was still not enough for this conservative state and city: for I am still harassed by them.

Only after a newspaper did a story on me did the assistant district attorney admit that I was innocent. Their answer to the reporter was: "He should have had a better Lawyer." No Apologies or relief to this date.

Three years to the date of my release I had seven different accounts in three banks, three vehicles, a business, and bought a home (little ranchette) on the exact date of release three years later, by HaShem's Grace!!

I hated the system, and I still do, to an extent; because it is crooked, lying, and murderous. Yet I know that there are a few in the system who really do try to do the right thing but are unable to; due to the overwhelming size of the system and those higher up.

The second reason that I was able to succeed so quickly was that I was not going to sit around and blame the system for the injustice done unto me; and become another statistic because I said that they owed me something.

I was going to go out and get mine! I was going to show the state and the world that they were wrong and that I am more than they want to portray me as! And so, I have and will continue to do!

I have since dropped down to two banks. Only because one credit union kept messing up my ACHs. I have gotten rid of one vehicle because an axel broke: and the insurance was outrageous. I no longer have to worry about my rent being on the continual climb; or if the landlord will renew my lease or throw me out?

I can work on my own place at my own time and pace. I can go out on My covered patio deck, day or night and have a cigar, a drink, and sit in the hot tub winter or summer, with a glass of wine and a female friend.

All of this has been possible because I said yes to my G-d and against all of my fears. For 18 months I put everything off because of fear of the unknown. Will I be successful? Will I make enough money to pay my bills? Will I have enough money to buy food and gas? Can I pay mortgage and live comfortable? How much will a license cost? Can I afford to buy business cards. Just so many excuses, and more.

I finally said no, no more fear: and said yes to stepping out to start the business. 16 months later I stepped out in faith and said yes to buying a place of my own. I was not going to act in fear anymore! I was not going to pay some landlord $1,200.00 and $2,000.00 a month anymore; and make them rich: when I could pay a mortgage for the same amount each month and own my own place, while having security of a place to lay my head.

All of my bills are paid up for five years; even my trash pickup. my mortgage is on direct deposit. I work when I want to work now, having enough finances to support myself. Plus, I receive a military disability of 100% total and permanent due to past military issues. I do not have to work. I work because I enjoy it: and I get to help others. The only thing that I cannot pay off for years in advance is the electric bill, and the spectrum internet. They are always changing.

So, all of you out there can do the same if you just put your mind to it and only say: YES!!!

Do not fear. Do not doubt yourself. Those of you paying for large rent each month, jumping through hoops for a slumlord, go look into a home. You can pay the same rent each month on the home that you bought. You are paying it now on rent to some landlord who you do not know if he/she will even renew your rent or throw you out. Whom you are making rich with your check each month. So why not pay for a home that is yours, with the security that you will always have a place for you and your children to lay your heads.

All you have to do is just say - YES ...
